Galactic Challenge Death Star: Empire - All Feats, No GLs or Journey/Epic Jedi

I went with this lineup to demonstrate that tier 7 of this GC can be completed without the meta/heavy hitting Jedi, i.e. without JKR, GS, JML, or JKL (of course, using the aforementioned Jedi will make earning the feats significantly easier).
A Bastila lead is great for supporting your Jedi early on, allowing you to reach the first Volatile Energies at full strength, which you should use on Palpatine.
